Due to the financial crisis, more and more office buildings are now standing empty. Hicondo Student Accommodation sees this as an opportunity. This is how the former ABN AMRO head office came to be transformed into student accommodation. Commissioned by Lukowa Klimaattechniek B.V. Ned Air supplied five NKD outdoor air treatment units. These units are equipped with heat recovery wheels with moisture exchange. This ensures that no dry air is present in the building during the winter. This aids concentration, which for students of course is extremely important.

Zo is het oude hoofdkantoor van ABN-AMRO omgebouwd tot studentenhuisvesting. In opdracht van Lukowa Klimaattechniek B.V. leverde Ned Air vijf NKD Buitenopstelling luchtbehandelingskasten. Deze kasten zijn voorzien van warmtewielen met vochtuitwisseling. Dit betekent dat er in de winterperiode geen droge lucht in het gebouw aanwezig is. Dat bevordert onder andere het concentratievermogen wat voor studenten uiteraard van belang is.
